In 1940, brothers Alex and Morris Horwitz opened a small carpet
and furniture shop on Belmont Avenue in Fresno, California. The
Horwitz brothers earned the business of local customers with A&M’s
commitment to quality products, uncompromising service and great
values.
With that great foundation, Morris’ son, Lee Horwitz, has
been able to continue building and expanding the company to serve
the flooring needs of the Central Valley’s growing communities.
